Abbey du Rye is on draft made with rye malt and caraway seeds. Araby's Export Stout is on draft 12/7. Oak du Cherry Wheat wil be out 12/14 made with tart cherries and oak spirals. A Winter Warmer, Trickster Noir will be debuting at the end of December and Devin's Devilish Ale sometime in January 2012.
The new filter is on line and working well. The new fermenter has arrived and already has a batch of beer in it. The bottle filler is being built from the original filler to make filling bottles easier. I will slowly fill bottles (one liter) this year and will increase the number of bottles and styles next year.
The next beer dinner is Fat Tuesday(The day before Ash Wednesday) 2012. We will announce the guest brewery in January.
