JP Pilsner A cross between a German and Czech pilsner. Brewed with pilsner and munich malt with hallertau, tettnang and saaz hops. This beer has a bready, toasty malt flavor with a grassy hop aroma. You may often find its namesake, a regular customer, enjoying a pint at our bar. 5.5% abv Ghost Pony Helles Lager Judged one of the country’s best light lagers at the 2001 Great American Beer Festival, this Munich-style Saison "Saison" is the French word for season. The name is originally given to refreshing, low alcohol pale ales brewed seasonally on farmhouses in Wallonia. A special yeast strain was used to produce peppery, citrus and tart flavors. 6.0% abv Kestrel IPA Named for a type of hawk. A big, bold West Coast-styled IPA, amber in color, with plenty of malt to balance generous additions of Centennial and Cascade hops. 7.0% abv Folky Bob's Session Ale This easy-drinking English ale is malty with a subtle caramel sweetness and a delicate hop finish. After working the soundboards at folk festivals, our friend Bob likes to kick back with his fanny pack and enjoy a pint or two. 5.0% abv Theobroma Stout The botanical name for chocolate is Theobroma, which means "food of the gods". The name is appropriate forc the importance of chocolate in the Mexican culture. Brewed with Mexican dark chocolate and chocolate syrup, along with more traditional chocolate malt, this dark beer is a unique treat. 7.3% abv Hathor Red Named for the Egyptian goddes credited with the invention of beer, this malty, well-balanced German-style Marzen is brewed with all German malts and hops and aged for three weeks for smoothness. 5.3% abv Brian's Big Ego Bock He's got acting talent, artistic creativity, and a flair for fashion, so we brewed this bigger, maltier, more intense amber lager in honor of one of our most multitalented but boastful regulars. 7.3% abv Samuel Smith's Organic Cider 5.0% abv $6.95
